Business Training Program for Autistic and Arabic Speakers
Amaze has partnered with AMES Australia to deliver a business training program for autistic and Arabic speakers.
The program, designed to equip autistic Arabic speakers to start their own business, will provide training in Business Planning and Development, Tax and ABN, Marketing, Disability Awareness, Networking, Budgeting and Finance, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Starting in October 2020, the training program will be conducted on a fortnightly basis and will see participants mentored by people running successful businesses.
To be eligible for participation, you need to:
- Be autistic or care for an autistic person
- Have disability or care for a person with a disability
- Speak Arabic
- Have a business idea or want to work for yourself
- Live in Melbourne
