A-Plus Program

The A-Plus Program helps organisations build the skills and confidence of managers, HR professionals, and all employees to support Autistic experiences at work.

We understand that each person has unique needs, so we don’t offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, we aim to create inclusive workplaces where Autistic people can thrive, receiving the support they need without having to share personal information.

 

 

The A-Plus Program has been designed to drive the following outcomes: 

Equip Employers

Provide employers with the capability, confidence, knowledge, and tools necessary to create an inclusive work environment.

Cultivate Diversity and Inclusion

Foster a workplace culture of diversity, acceptance, and innovation.

Promote Awareness

Increase awareness and understanding of neurodiversity and what it means to be Autistic in the workplace.

Challenge Assumption

Challenge assumptions and misconceptions so organisations can identify and remove barriers to inclusion. Encourage leaders and People and Culture teams to move beyond a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to Autistic and Neurodivergent inclusion.

Facilitate Connections

Facilitate connections between Autistic people and A-Plus employers who have translated their intentions into meaningful actions
