Key Program Features

  • A-Plus Foundations Course: Participants will access a newly created, self-paced course featuring interactive and guided learning modules. This course establishes a solid baseline of knowledge about neuroinclusion in the workplace and how it improves the experience of Autistic and neurodivergent employees.
  • Blended Learning for Leaders and HR: The program includes blended learning designed to build capability across the employee lifecycle, including attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing management support.
  • Facilitated Workshops: Workshops for People and Culture functions and leaders provide opportunities for reflection, discussion, and embedding learning into your organisational context.
  • Action Plans: Participants will receive action plans to take away to effectively implement the knowledge and strategies gained from the program in their own work environments.
  • Access Continuous Advisory Services: Post-program support includes ongoing advisory services to ensure sustained development and assistance for your leaders and teams.
  • Facilitate Connections: Facilitate connections between Autistic individuals and A-Plus employers who have completed the program, gaining a competitive advantage by enhancing your organisations ability to attract exceptional talent and diverse perspectives and skillsets.
