1 in 100 Australians is autistic and 85% of the community has a personal connection with autism – yet only 4% of autistic people feel supported in their community.

You can make a difference. You can shape a better future for autism.

By supporting Amaze, you’re ensuring thousands of autistic people and their family members can continue to receive vital information and advice to guide them on their autism journey.

Your generosity enables us to give autistic people a voice in systemic advocacy, ensuring their needs and ambitions are heard, and inform meaningful public policy change.

Your donations mean we can keep delivering direct support and education to thousands of autistic people and family members each year through peer support networks, local workshops and informative forums.

Make a tax-deductible donation of $2 or more today and be part of the movement to empower autistic people, their parents and carers to get the support and acceptance they deserve.

Together, we can shape a better future for autism.

A gift in your Will to help shape the future

One of the most powerful ways you can help shape the future for autism is by including a gift in your Will towards Amaze’s work for inclusion and acceptance in Australia.

Amaze’s role is to ensure the voices of autistic people and their families are heard and their needs are met.

A gift in your Will will help build wider understanding of autism, support greater engagement with the autism community and promote acceptance of autistic people.

Our vision is for Australia to be a fair and just society that includes all people; that values the contributions of autistic people and which provides for the needs of all autistic people and their families, wherever they live.

You can be part of this vision by including a gift in your Will.

How to include a gift in your Will

If you are considering including a gift in your Will to Amaze, we strongly encourage you to discuss your wishes with your family and loved ones. This ensures they support and understand your reasons for choosing to donate in such a meaningful way to improve the future for autism.

There are three ways you might choose to include a gift in your Will to Amaze:

  • After meeting your personal commitments, you can choose to donate the balance or residue of your estate to Amaze
  • You can choose to include a percentage of your estate
  • You can choose to leave a specific amount, or item, such as shares or property

Things to consider when including a gift in your Will

When making or changing an existing Will, we suggest that you consult a trustee or a qualitied solicitor who will ensure your wishes are clearly and legally stated.

To ensure that your wishes are carried out as you intend, you may choose to include the following wording:

I give to Amaze Incorporated of 678 Victoria Street, Richmond, Victoria 3121, free of all duties, the <residue of my Estate> or <_% of my estate> or <sum of $> for its general purposes supporting autistic people and their families and I declare that a receipt under the hand the Chair of the Board of Directors, the Secretary of the Chief Executive Officer, or other Officer of Amaze Incorporated is a good and sufficient discharge to my Trustees for the payment and satisfaction of the legacy without seeing to the final distribution of the funds.

If you choose to include a gift to Amaze in your Will, we would appreciate you letting us know. Knowing of your life-changing decision will allow Amaze the opportunity to recognise your generosity for the autism community and keep you up-to-date with our work.
